Tests and biomarker framework

The ALVYQO H1 development concept is designed to support different test units through a common terminal. This page explains how different measurement tasks can fit within the same modular architecture without disclosing confidential sensing, chemistry or algorithmic implementation details.

Interchangeable test units

Different measurement tasks can use dedicated test units while the terminal workflow and digital result presentation remain within a common environment.

Multiple measurement targets

The development direction of the platform is to support multiple analytical targets. Actual support for any individual biomarker or test can only be established after separate technical and performance validation.

Calibration and quality assurance

Each test type may require its own calibration, reference and quality-control procedures. Demonstrating these requirements is part of the development and validation process.

What is a biomarker?

A biomarker is a measurable biological characteristic that can be determined from a sample. In the ALVYQO H1 platform context, a biomarker is not a single fixed test but a potential measurement target requiring an appropriate test unit, sensing principle, calibration and result-processing workflow.

Test workflow

At a high level, the workflow consists of identifying the appropriate test unit, controlled handling of the sample and measurement process, processing the measurement signal and presenting the result clearly. Exact measurement parameters and implementation methods remain part of non-public technical documentation.

Validation before biomarker-level claims

A performance claim for a biomarker or test requires documented analytical and, where necessary, clinical validation. The development-site system description therefore does not constitute a claim of diagnostic suitability, accuracy, reference ranges or regulatory approval.

Public and partner information

The public page presents the modular testing concept only. Detailed biomarker lists, measurement ranges, chemical compositions, optical or electronic parameters, calibration data and test results are available only through the appropriate controlled partner and confidential information-sharing process.
